![]() The four series commands are good time savers when you need to do similar tasks to an existing shape. All four of these commands allow you to chain select. You pick the start and it automatically picks the next geometry. CORNER BLEND: This command will put fillets (radius) on all the sharp corners. You can even specify a different radius for clockwise and counterclockwise. A lot faster than putting a fillet on each corner manually. CORNER BREAKS: Similar to Corner blends but puts chamfers on the sharp corners. HOLE TRAIN: You specify a radius and step, and this command will generate the hole pattern. You could use this to generate odd shaped bolt patterns or use a drill to remove material prior to milling. OFFSET CHAIN: Follow a shape staying a set offset away. If you need to make a pocket that has a set wall thickness, this command would save time. |
